Visit the official simreg.smart.com.ph
Click the “Register Now” button to open the online registration form.
Enter your 10-digit Smart mobile number, agree to the terms and conditions, and click “Send OTP” to proceed.
- After you click the ‘Send OTP’ button, check your mobile messages.
- You will get a message with a One-Time Password (OTP). Type that OTP in the box and click on the ‘Verify OTP‘ button.
- If you don’t get the OTP message, wait for 1.5 minutes. If it still doesn’t come, tap ‘Resend OTP‘.
- When your OTP is correct, a message will show that it worked. Tap ‘OK‘ to go to the next step.
- Choose your nationality and select the type of ID Card you want to upload. Make sure the Photo is clear and shows your name, ID number, nationality, and address. Also, upload a selfie.
- Fill in all the required details exactly as shown on your ID card, like your ID number, full name, date of birth, and gender
- Click ‘Next‘ and enter your real home address and email.
Review your details, tick the box to confirm they are correct, and click ‘Next‘ to finish your SIM registration.
- At the end, a thank you message will appear with your control number. Save this number as proof of your Smart SIM registration.
